Purpose of loan: I was briefly out of work the first few months of last year and had to take out a couple high interest loans for living expenses, and to pay my property taxes. I am looking to borrow money at a lower rate on Prosper to pay off these loans. My financial situation: Thank you for considering my loan. I have been employed as a professional Accounting Analyst for the past seven years since changing professions in 2000. My wife has worked in the Human Resources field for over 10 yrs. My DTI is high because I can't include my wife's income, and there is a HELOC loan of $91,000 included with my total credit balance. The Heloc loan payment of $744 in included in our total monthly mortgage payment. It has a interest rated of 9%. I have a great payment history, and have not had any late payments. We have cut back on lifestyle purchases, and have commited ourselves to pay off all my outstanding credit card debt within the next three years. Getting this loan will help us immensely in lowering our interest and payments so we can pay off our debts faster! Here is our monthly budget: My income: $3,769 Spouse's income: $3,582 Monthly net income: $ 7,351 Monthly expenses: $ Housing: $ 3504 Insurance: $ 100 Car expenses: $ 100 Utilities: $ 41 Phone, cable, internet: $ 175 Food, entertainment: $ 200 Clothing, household expenses $ 50 Credit cards and other loans: $ 737 Other expenses: $ 100 Total Expenses: $5,007. Total Net Income after montly expenses: $2,344 As you can see, we have no problem paying our current bills within our budget, but we would like save money and pay them off even faster using a Prosper loan.
