Purpose of loan: (explain what you will be using this loan for) Im starting a business to rehab and sell homes.Not all homes need money some are just in finacial trouble with no other bail out options. Ive got one with allmost 100,000 in equity even with the market upside down. the loan amount is only $113,00 and the cost to stop forclosure and take over the home is only $14,000 a small investment to make 100,000 on a refinance and still have a low enough payment to rent it out with a profit (due to good credit) My financial situation: (explain why you are a good candidate for paying back this loan) I bring in close to $5200 a month with living expenses totaling less then $3500 plus my bills are split with my wife Monthly net income: $ 5200 Monthly expenses: $ 3359.00 Housing: $ 1447.00 Insurance: $ 210.00 Car expenses: $ 383.00 Utilities: $ 220.00 Phone, cable, internet: $ 99.00 Food, entertainment: $ 700.00 Clothing, household expenses $ 100.00 Credit cards and other loans: $ 0 Other expenses: $ 200.00 |
