Status History
Oct 20, 2007 Current
I am a 32 year old single male.  I had been the "head of household" in a 3 bedroom rental house for 8 years.  Roommates experienced difficulty in paying their portion of household utilities and often rent.. These monetary responsibilities had to be honored.  I had to get paycheck advances to cover these obligations, and very often my bank credit card also had to cover debt.  This recent downturn added significantly to an account that was all ready too high.  This situation has been remedied.  I am no longer picking up the tab for delinquent roommates. I have moved in with a long time friend. My housing expenses have decreased $200 per month.

All loan money received will go directly towards eliminating all debt on my US Bank Credit Card. This is the card that covered the aforementioned responsibilities.  The current rate is 15.15% for purchases and 24.24% for cash advances.  This loan will consolidate these rates and get it completely paid off.

My financial situation:

8 years with my current employer, I'm an upper level manager, We have expanding operations

I'm excited.  A definitive date of final payment can be established.  What previously seemed an unending debt, CAN end.    My goal is to purchase a home in 2011.  This becomes a realistic goal, if I can get your help.

Monthly net income: $ 1900-2400  (Includes $70 monthly IRA contribution). Variance due to Shorter months & overtime

With all of my monthly expenses accounted for ($1292) and my US BANK card completely paid off with this loan, I will have between $600 minimum and $1100 maximum to pay my prosper loan each month.

Monthly expenses: $ 1492

Total Housing (Rent and Utilities): $ 235
  Internet: $ 62

( I pay Internet bill each month, roommates pay all other bills)

  Credit cards:  ($120 min.): $ 160
  Student Loans:  ($86 in March 2009): $ 126
***US Bank Credit Card: ($200 minimum): $ 200***
Car (loan & insurance): (final payment February 2009): $ 379
  Phone: $ 80

***This Loan request will eliminate this debt
