Purpose of loan: Loan is to pay off medical debt, credit cards, & past utility bills from previous residence, to raise credit score, to be able to purchase a house. my financial situation: (explain why you are a good candidate for paying back this loan) I always paid all my bills on time until we rented our house to peole that wouldn't pay. We ended up with 2 house payments and could not keep up with both mortgages. This was a circumstance out of our control. We tried to sell the house, but after a year, we still couldn't sell it, and our debts got farther and farther behind. If I can get rid of all my debt, so I can pay all my bills on time and my credit score will go up, we can get another house because we're now living in an apartment to try to repair our credit and pay off our bills. It really was hard moving to an apartment with 2 kids, we truly had to downsize and put most of our belongings in storage.
