Purpose of loan: Relocation expenses. It has been me and my wife Kristi's dream to move back to her hometown, Clarksville, Tennessee to be closer to her family. We will be moving to Tennessee from Illinois in about a month and will need money to make the move. We have a mortgage on the home we live in now and will have to pay rent for a place in Tennessee until we buy a home (after we sell ours in Illinois) we will have our home on the market very soon. The housing market seems to still be good in our area, so it shouldn't take long to sell our home. I have accepted a career at an Ag equipment dealership in the Clarksville area and my wife has just received her RN degree in nursing so will also be able to get a job very soon. My financial situation: I have good credit and always pay my debts. I have made my payments on time since 1998. I have a 401K worth over 50K and would liquid date if needed to pay any debts so never to be delinquent again. I have used most of my credit limits up since my wife has not had a job while attending school full-time for the last two years. I am a good borrower.
