Purpose of loan: My wife and I are recently separated after four long months. We have a house in CO which is for sale. We have a 2nd mortgage in which we owe $7500. I would like to take care of the 2nd mortgage so we can sell the house and move on and try to patch things together. She is in grad school and it was my idea to buy a house 3 years ago. At the time it was a good idea. We are finding out it was not and since we have been at odds about evrything financial. I guess I expected too much once she received her PH.D. (explain what you will be using this loan for) My financial situation: I have recently moved back to Upstate New York from Colorado. I was able to transfer back to my original position. As of today I have made over 30k for the year. I am paid hourly and have averaged 70+ hours/week since the beginning of May.
