Hello and thank you for viewing my listing.

I am a very independent and motivated business owner. I am a single mother of two children. I had been single for 12 years and had started to get my life on track financially. I had greatly improved my credit score until a recent second marriage that lasted only a year and led my finances a stray. I am very active in my community, local charities and I especially love being involved with children.

Due to the recent divorce, time away from work and attorney fees I fell behind in my day to day finances. In haste, to save my home, I turned to Pay Day Loans. I am in the process of selling my home and cutting expenses to bring down my monthly expenses. I have realized that my home is a liability rather than an asset and we can create a new home with less expense. I have also recently paid off several credit cards and other debts, but I have not been able to get out from under the Pay Day Loan stress. Due to my recent divorce, being self-employed and now a low credit score I am unable to get local funding to consolidate these debts. The high interest on these loans is dragging down my personal and business finances.

Unfortunately, since I got into Pay Day Loans, I now need help to get out of them.

I am an insurance agent with Farm Bureau and have been an agent for five years. I have built my business from the ground up. My education includes a Masters Degree in Business as well as many hours of education in the line of insurance. I have a very promising future. In January my commissions will increase about $25,000 due to a new contract plus new business I have added to renewals. I have nearly 400 clients that I service with my insurance business. This loan is very important as I have a reputation to keep in town as a business owner and getting my finances in line is my priority.
My current monthly net income is approximately $2,500 (This is what is reflected on my 2006 return. My average the last several months has been $3,000+).

Here's my monthly budget with the prosper loan in place:
850- Rent
65 - Electricity
55 - Telephone
307 - Car Payment
48 - Insurance (Home only, as an agent all other insurance is taken out of my business expense)
200 - Gas
185 - Other loans not paid off
100 - Groceries (Child support assists with this expense)
25 - Recreation
20 - Internet
$1,855 - total monthly expenditures

As you can see, I have over $645 left over to be used, not only for my Prosper Payment, but for savings and emergencies so that I never get into this situation again. I can begin to live a normal life free from the stress caused by Pay Day Loans. I have learned my lesson. I promise that my payments to Prosper will be my top priority each month. In fact, I am going to have Prosper automatically withdraw my payments each month so that everyone, including myself, knows that my payment will be made on time, every time. I'm not about to make a mistake with this opportunity to start rebuilding my credit. I look forward to making thirebuilding my credit. I look forward to making this a great business venture for all involved.
