Purpose of loan: I will be using this loan to try to get my finances straightened out after a messy couple of years. I have borrowed money against a real estate property that I have owned and had renters in for the last ten years so that I may complete my nursing degree. I need money to invest in repairs for this property and am desperately trying not to have to sell. I am a few weeks from completion of school at which time I hope to see a significant increase in my income. I am hoping someone out there is willing to take a chance on me. I am a responsible person but have hit a lot of bumps in the road. Although I have a high DTI I have always made my payments on time and kept my accounts up to date. |
