Purpose of loan: My wife and I would like to consolidate credit cards and multiple loans we had opened when I started my real estate investment business. I began my business two years ago and I have been successful thus far, but with having to rely on my own credit to get started ie: loans for carpeting, credit cards to buy materials. On top of my self employment, I also began working full time elsewhere to get things paid off sooner. It is when I was waiting on my interview that I stumbled accross Prosper while reading Forbes Magazine. With much consideration and faith I am now trying this out. I stand to make a great profit on my current project, and I am planning to pay off all the debt, but Prosper seems like a BETTER solution. My financial situation: I have great credit, I successfully aquired several rehab loans through Interim Funding, based strictly on my credit score. I am always on time with my payments, and usually pay more then required. I am in great standing with my lender who because of my success in my business has approved me to rehab 2 homes at once.
