I am asking for this loan to fund the remaining startup for my pizza and sub shop.  I have already invested over $30,000.00 of my own money.  I had a partner that had to back for personal reasons.  Therefore, it left the business a little short of funding.  The business has no debt.  I have funded the startup out of pocket.  As you can see by the pictures, all the signs are done.  I have also purchased almost all of the necessary equipment:  dough mixer, prep tables, freezer, grill and oven, six burner tabletop unit, deep fryers, etc.  The business location used to be a Little Caesar's, so the pizza ovens and the hood for the pizza ovens along with a walkin were already there.  Some of the loan will be used to install a 10 ft commercial hood system with an exhaust fan, makeup air and ansul system.  The balance will be used for printing, a POS system, smallwares, and two computers.  I have significant food service experience and significant marketing experience.  I have worked at, managed, and/or owned other food service businesses.  I own my own marketing company and am very familiar with the marketing needs of this area because it is a resort town.

The reason I am opening up my own pizza and sub shop is because part of my marketing company's business was lead generation for mortgage companies.  Since the prime rate has gone up the amount of mortgage applications has dropped.  In addition my wife is currently working nights and I would like her to work with me during the day at the pizza shop.  Her working nights has really been taxing on our family life.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Maybe the check is still in the mail. I would not expect any action from the group leader.
