Purpose of loan: The funds will be use to advertize and grow my tea business which I started Jan of this year. In January, I attended two wedding trade show. Each month, I send letters and flyers to over 1000 people. In May I written two articles for two local newspapers reaching over 15,000 readers. They are now published on my website. My tea business will turn profitable within the next two months. I just send out a big mailing. I have a few contracts that will come in during the next few months. I researched my market. I completed a business plan and approved by a bank. Before going down that path, I would like to try to get it funded here. I plan to use $3000 to remodel my house and put it in the market next month. The money from the sale will get me into the next home that will have a lower payment by $300. I subscribted to a forecloser website for a while now. The property in my area are in high demand. It should sell quickly. The capital gain will be around $40,000. Half will go toward the down payment of the next house. I will be looking for a house with equity value. I plan to pay off this loan within two years. You can bid with confident.
