I have an awesome job. Six figure salary with 5 figure bonuses. Had rough start to the year with child being born and father dying. Then got hit with big tax bill due to a godd year of side consulting. I have been trying to dig out to get to by June 30th bonus but the hole is getting deeper.
My credit rating is low becuase I was out of work 4 years ago and rather than file BK I chose to try and pay off all the old debt. I am still paying off the old dect but it has continued to hurt my credit rating. All credit in the last 3 years has been spotless. I am trying to keep it that way.
I have a very low DTI and I own a nice house in Alpharetta Georgia.
