This loan is about building the TRUST of the lending community. I will be paying this loan early, less than 30 days, and will then request another loan with a larger amount and pay it off early. This will build the trust between you and me as I continue to look for both a better rate and more money.

My thought is that through this route I will show you, the lender, that I am ready, willing and able to pay the loan amount.
And you will hopefully respond with a higher amount at a lower rate with each new loan.

I thought that this could be a very good win win for all involved. I will be funded and you will earn the interest.

First loan will cost me around $25 but will be worth it.

My goal is to have a loan over $15,000 at a very competitive rate.

I have become appointed with several national insurance companies after having passed my Insurance Exams. I can now sell Auto,Home,Life and Health. This is going to eventually to be paying more than our bills but for now my wife works outside the home as a chemist/scientist.

Remember that staying with AA is the safest route for interest as the default rates are minuscule. I have worked hard to maintain my high score and will continue to do so with your funding.

I think that 15% is above a fair amount for a such a low risk and am confident that it will be bid down. If not then I will pay the 15% type rate until more trust is built. I am in this for the long haul, to both lend and borrow on prosper, and believe that TRUST is the way to do it best.


Purpose of loan:
For the second and possibly third phase of business startup. Using my insurance license to bring in more business through advertisement and other capital expenses. Eventually purchase a book of business from a retiring agent.

My financial situation:
Have a 12 yr credit history (since I was 18 and have NEVER missed a payment or had a late payment)

Have equity at my disposal if needed to pay back this loan and keep my perfect credit history going.

My wife also makes good money as a chemist. (see below)

Have a high debt to income as I can only count my income which is low but growing.
