We live in a small rural community on our family farm. We have been here for 32 years, raising 3 children-2 graduated from college and married and 1 in the army national guard and working in Spokane. We have 2 grandchildren. We have also had 8 foster type children live with us. My wife teaches jr/sr high school and has her masters in literacy/curriculum. She was nominated teacher of month from EWU last year. I work for OXARC in the first aid division and manage the family farm. Together our take home salary is 60,000. Please note that my DTI ratio is based only on my salary of 25,000 gross and that with my wife?s salary it is much lower. The last 6 months have been difficult and expensive. We lost a nephew to leukemia-15 yrs old-in December, I had hip surgery and was off work for 3 months at the same time, my wife?s dad has terminal cancer, and my father was very ill and had surgery. We help both sets of our parents financially. We covered expenses for my nephew?s funeral service and our youngest son needed some financial assistance. We ended up going to payday loans for all of this because it all happened at one time. The interest on those loans and my medical bills are making things very difficult. We need a loan to get the interest from those payday loans eliminated. Financial information: Assets: Home $150,000 ? Life Insurance 200.000 ? This loan would get rid of high interest debt by: Paying off 4500 pay day loans 300 credit card, 1700 doctor bills It will put 1000 a month back into our accout and the loan payoff will be about 300 a month. |
