Purpose of loan: I am seeking a loan through Prosper for the purpose of home renovation. Structual renovation of the interior was completed earlier this year. Repair and renovation of the exterior (e.g., roofing, siding, shutters) is set to begin. My financial situation: As is indicated by my credit score, I am financially responsible. Well, as responsible as I can be with an adorable 18-month old niece whom I love to spoil! I consider myself extremely fortunate to have a job (full-time tenured professor) that I love, and one that also provides security and thus a stable income. Please note that my DTI reflects only my base salary. My monthly net income (as indicated below) varies, depending upon the term (e.g., summer versus fall or spring) and the number of extra courses I choose to teach.
