I now intend to relist but it will be a lower amount, 11000 $ instead of 25000 $ since I just closed a real estate deal and got 14,000 $ to pay my partner off. Again Thanks  to all the lenders that bidded last time.

Purpose of loan:

I rehabbed a couple of houses in 2006. I already sold one but it is not the right time in the market to sell the second one; I intend to live in it long term and hold it until the selling market improves. My partner needs his money and I have agreed to find a way to pay him off

My financial situation:
I joined a prosper group now. They advised me to share info that may help you in your decision to fund me. So here I go: I own
two condos in miami in the brickell area. one with a partner, one I fully own. they are worth 600 K $ and have equity of 160 k$. I also own a house in orlando worth 190 k $ and has 114 k $ equity. All of muy properties have preapay penalties if I refi or sell them in the next 1 to 3 years.
I declared 25 k $ in my taxes in 2006.
I am a realtor and a loan officer and specialize in foreclosures and marketing projects for developers. I seek developers that offer great incentives for buyers and  find buyers for these real estate projects . I also  help people either save their house or get the most money if they need to sell it.

Personal: I tried to load my picture but propser on ly allows 2 mb pictures. mine is 2.7 and I do not know how to get a 2 mb picture. Anyway, I am italian descent, big green eyes, and brown hair. I have two adorable puppies: canito, a pug and tipsi, a daschound. They are super warm and loving and fill my home with a loving, warm and  playful atmosphere. The three of us walk every morning for an hour!
