Welcome and thank you for viewing my listing!!!! Purpose of loan: I need to do some much needed home repairs including dry wall in an unfinished room and a new roof, while the weather is good. I have a family member in town that is a licensed contractor and he wants to do the work for an excellent price, that's why I am requesting the money as soon as possible. My financial situation: My debt to income ratio is really high because they do not include my husband's income in the calculation and we are joint on everything. I also have children that I co-signed student loans for, it counts towards my debt to income ratio but it's their payment, not mine. My husband grosses around $60,000 a year and I gross a little more than $40,000. After taxes and insurance deductions we net about $5500 per month. Monthly expenses: $ Housing: $ 1300 Insurance: $ 250 Car expenses: $ 500 Utilities: $ 400 Phone, cable, internet: $ 200 Food, entertainment: $ 500 Clothing, household expenses $ 250 Credit cards and other loans: $ 500 Other expenses: $ 500 TOTAL EXPENSES $4400 Leaving $1100 per month to pay back the prosper loan and provide a little cushion for unexpected things. We have a good credit rating and really need a new roof on our home. Please help if you can. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me. Per a previously asked lender question, I am adding the fact that due to an illness in the family in the past, there are delinquent accounts in my past credit history. It was a rough time where I had to take time off from work without pay and we got a little behind on bills then. That was a few years ago and we are current on all accounts now.
