I tried this once before , I guess I asked for too much ? I first
Listed asking for 15 K and to my surprise I almost Got
there this time I am going to probably do two listings this one first
to purchase the property. Then the next one to fix it up so that I can
rent it out. My credit is very good and this purchase will pay off this
loan and my next one plus leave me with a profit to boot. I
am also using about 25K of my own money. But before
you Invest in me, with any of your hard earned money let me tell
you a little bit about myself and my family. I am a single father of 3
boys, my wife left us about 3 years ago, I am finally getting things
back in order and I am trying to get ahead again by investing in our
futures. My sons are now 15 , 17 , and 19. I own my house, it will be
paid off in 4 more years. And I have a steady job that I have been
employed at for over 11 years now. As you can see by my credit rating
and past credit scores, I am pretty capable of paying off my loans and
bills, also this money is not paying off any past bills, I am investing
it along with my own savings and it will turn a profit for me and you
in about 3 months when I rent this property out for a least 2 to 3
hundred dollars a month more than my loan payment. So there will be no
problem making my payments back to you. If you have any questions or
