INTRODUCTION: Thank you for taking the time to read my loan request. LOAN PURPOSE: I will be using the loan so that, I can start up my business, the loan will help me along with my partner who is my mother as realestate investors to buy&sell property like forclosures/tax liens an have a residual income while attending college& foundating my business persuing my, Heating&Airconditioning degree and I also completed a three mouth realestate course, and I want to pay down on one of my credit cards. MY FINANCIAL SITUATION: I would like the loan so I can have more finanical freedom and have the opportunity to become an entrepreneur as of this year 2007/ I currently pay my car loan every month and two credit cards i pay on, and i use them to help my credit score grow, one year ago I did'nt have any credit established, since i learned about credit scores doing my realestate course and i did closed out one of my loans for 2,600 dollar, to make room for my new prosper loan to start my business, so my debt to income ratio should go down, I have my universal tachnician certification, I work on heating&air-conditioning on the side of my current job, that income i can'nt show proof of getting paid by check but it is extra income on the side for me, it ($450 to $700) a mouth tax free. WHAT WILL MAKE ME A GOOD CANDIDATE: I consider myself a hard worker, good person and loyal, I am single, full time college student currently working two jobs and i pay my bills and i have enough income left over to pay my proper loan so i can grow my credit score as well as my business.
