LOAN PURPOSE. My plan is to be debt free in 3-4 years, I have been working faithfully towards this, but I need your help to accomplish my goal. I tried to get a loan to consolidate some of my higher interest rate CCs though Prosper, back in September, but Ohio was still capped at 8%. Around November 06, I closed 8 CC?s with a total balance of $20,170.63. Today, I have the balance down to $17.802.21. A difference of $2,368.42 (6 months of payments.) So, you can see that my 3-4 year goal is definitely feasible and that I am on my way. The loan I am asking for today would be used to pay off 3 CCs & significantly pay down 1 CC. I am going to save up for my home repairs to be done before winter. Debts to be paid off: Creditor Bal Mo Pmt % rate Walmart 56 20 22.37 Macys 430 20 22.9 Cap 1 2940 89 19.8 (a good majority of this balance will be paid with this loan) Cap 1 4458 133 19.88 Total: 8184 262 BUDGET: Mthly Take Home: 3300 Mort 912 Car 332 Car Ins 88 Utilities 65 (515, but roommate pays 450, which brings it to 65 for my part of it) Phone/Internet/Cable 133 Cell 128 Other CC pmts 494 Gas/Prk 220 Groc 100 Med 60 Gym 23 Student Loans 127 Entertainment 40 This leaves 316 left over a month. With the prosper loan, the CC pmts would go down to roughly 514 and add a prosper loan pmt of 294. This leaves a total of 264.00 left over per month and allows me to save for my house repairs.
