Purpose of loan: I am here to borrow money to reinvest into prosper. I have enough money to invest into my own account and actually have done that. I actually want to get that money back into my own bank account and do prosper right. I want to become a borrower of others people?s money to make my own money on prosper. I think prosper is a wonderful opportunity for anyone willing to take a chance on a new and upcoming idea. My college roommate was doing this and turned me on to this. I look forward to testing the waters and see how Prosper works from both a lender and a borrowers point of view. I pay all bills and will always pay my bills. Not paying my debts is not an option! My financial situation: I am a teacher in Illinois. I live in and own a duplex and pay off all all my interest and principle with the rent I have received from the tenant who lives in my duplex. I try to find other ways to earn extra income as well. I work a part time job that I have worked at since the age of sixteen and am also looking at buying other properties where I live. I also intend to make a money in Prosper. That?s the idea at least. :) Monthly net income: $ $3500 from teaching and part time jobs Monthly expenses: $ Housing: $ 1050/ 325 after tenant pays rent Insurance: $ 75 Car expenses: $ 0 from car payment/200 for gas Utilities: $ 250 Phone, cable, internet: $ 200 Food, entertainment: $ 500-750 I enjoy a few drinks once in a while Clothing, household expenses $ 300 Credit cards and other loans: $ 0 besides my mortgage Other expenses: $ 0 |
