HERE IS THE REASON WHY THIS IS A RELIST -- I had a loan for 25k fund in the past week (see past loan history). Thank you to all those lenders that put their time and money into my loan and believed in my story. I provided as much information to Prosper for the verification of the stated income on that loan, but it was not sufficient based on their parameters and guidelines. I can appreciate that they have rules and regs and can't just take any type of document. They needed just a bit more than I could provie. I want to be even more open and accessable this time around. I work hard at a shipping/mailing store in SoCal. I manage it for a guy who really just likes to keep things simple. I get my pay through transfers from the business bank account to my personal account. No check stubs. No W2s. I am VERY legitimate. It's just that I prefer the ease of working on my own time, at my own pace, and this job affords me that opportunity. In return I have to work a little harder at fitting in to the banking world. I have been a customer at Wells Fargo for many years. I am not "unbanked". I am just an honest freelancer. It's important to note that I work seven days a week at some sort of endeavor. I never stop. I also scan and sell stamps for two major philatelists in the area. I am working in the research department of a documentary to be released this fall. I have a website that sells Navy covers and other "covers", which are envelopes that are cancelled aboard miliary ships. Its a stamp related collector niche. I am a creative entrepreneur with continuous access to great opportunities because of my personality and accessability. I am the best kind of borrower -- one who is not affraid to work and get the cash needed to pay his obligations. Some of this income is verifiable through Paypal statements. MOST IMPORTANTLY: I AM A B CREDIT BORROWER BECAUSE I PAY ALL MY BILLS ON TIME. PERIOD. I HAVE OVER 30 YEARS OF GOOD CREDIT. I TAKE THIS LOAN SERIOUSLY. Here is what I am trying to (some text from previous loan) Purpose of loan: Thanks to the world of credit cards and the ease in which one can attain debt, I am full and my cup runneth over. I will use 100% of this loan to pay most of the creditors I owe. I will then have another $1,000+ in cash flow to properly pay this loan and have more breathing room when it comes to daily and unexpected expenses. My financial situation: My business is beginning to see the promise of more and more profits every day -- which brings about more and cash flow to me. See above about my occupation(s). I intend to grow my income by 20% per year. I have no dependents so any income is mine to utilize. ANNUAL GROSS income from "Day Job" (mailbox store): NOT VERIFIABLE BY PROSPER STANDARDS: $36,000 Monthly expenses: $ Housing: $ 1000 Insurance: $ 90 Car expenses: $ 395 (new since this loan -- got rid of bad car deal and got better payment without any out of pocket $) Utilities: $ 75 Phone, cable, internet: $ 75 Food, entertainment: $ 200 Clothing, household expenses $ 100 Credit cards and other loans: $ 500 Other expenses: $ None As you can see with this consolidation my life will be all the better and I'd rather pay a responsible lender li |
