Purpose of loan: (explain what you will be using this loan for) I want to consolidate all debt at this time and once paid, cancel all cards and never charge again on credit. My husband was sick last year for 18 weeks, and in order to pay all the bills plus the mortgage, I ended up using credit cards and cash advances to pay the mortgage and all the bills. This was NOT a good idea, but it was the only solution I had at the time and I am now paying the price for a mistake. I did what I could so that we would not lose our home. My financial situation: (explain why you are a good candidate for paying back this loan) I want to pay back all debt that I ran up while my husband was sick. I currently live paycheck to paycheck, and I am pressed for funds if an emergency comes up. Here is the breakdown of what is owed and what would be paid off with this loan: Chase $3,000 Circuit City $3,000 Regions $2,000 Capitol One $1,800 First Premier $300 HSBC $300 Car $5,800 Gas Cards $650 CoWealth $1,500 Total $18,350 Monthly net income: $ 2,700 Monthly expenses: $ Home Insurance $28. Cell Phone $80 Car Ins. $176 Utilities $223 My husband pays the mortgage of $2,600 each month. What I pay now: Bills $1,460 Expenses $507 Groceries $450 Total $2,417 What I would pay with this loan: Expenses $507 Groceries $450 Loan $609 (estimated) Total $1,566 This would be a total savings of $851 a month. I will be having this loan payment taken out automatically each month from my checking account. I am requesting this loan so that I can pay off all debt, cancel all cards, and start getting sleep at night. I have been in the insurance business for almost 29 years, and with my current company 18 years. |
