I was living in Salt Lake City, Utah and attending school while working full time. I lost my job and was unemployed for about 3 months. I was finally able to find a job that paid ok but only provided me around 30 hours a week. I ended up around September of 2002 moving in with my brother and at that time ended up have my some old checks stolen by him that has been resolved. In the process I left my job and moved home to live with my parents in Idaho, I was unemployed for 3 months. In  transition of cleaning up the bad checks. I letting my credit slip a little with a few of my debtors and going delinquent on them. I paid them all and maintained a good credit history; I purchased a car in July of 05 and then an engagement ring in April of 06 for my beautiful new wife. I have been just attempting to maintain a balance between income and debt to help reduce a negative impact on my debt from this point forward. In February of this year we were in the process of buying a home and then Prosper has made 2 inquiries and my wife and I have got a different car. Those are the inquiries on my credit report. The delinquent account is one that was to be paid off with the prior listing that was fully funded and we had to let it slip to keep gas in the car and lights on in the house.
