ABOUT ME:

Hello. I'm the all-american Dad.  I coach sports year round for my son.  I'm 29 and married to my beautiful wife.  We have a son who is 8, and a daughter who is 6.  I work for the State of Oregon's Child Support Division.  I make a salary of $2,530.  I have a (step increase) raise coming this September.  This will be a 5% increase.  I will be also getting a cost of living increase Jan of 2008.  My wife is now working at home and has been at home with the children for the last 6 years.  She plans on attending college this fall.

Purpose of loan: Now, you may be wondering why I need this loan.  Well, it is for 2 reasons.  The main reason, is because I got entangled in the web of payday loans.  I owe approximately $5,000.  Their are new laws taking effect this July, which means several of these loan sharks are closing down.  I have to have them paid off by the 1st of July!!!  This is unnatainable for me.  Not only that, but the others have been rolled over and can't be again.  Honestly, I want them paid off.  I wish these places would go out of business!  My family has suffered with these since August of last year.  The 2nd reason I need to borrow this money is because I owe a family member $1,000.  I need to get this relief.  If anyone has any suggestions, they are welcome.  Bids are greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

My financial situation:   We have a past bankruptcy and never plan to do that again!  And I assure you that we will have no problem paying our Prosper loan.  We plan on refinancing our house after Oct of this year.  We have a pre-payment until then.   At that point we may pay off our loan early.  So, as I stated above, I work for the State of Oregon's Child Support Division.  I make a salary of $2,530.  I have a (step increase) raise coming this September.  This will be a 5% increase.  I will be also getting a cost of living increase Jan of 2008.  My wife is now working at home, making approx. $250/month.  She plans on keeping this part time job though school.

Monthly net income: $ 2230

Monthly expenses: $1916.  Which  leave over $300 for my Prosper loan, with money to spare.  And if you include my wife's income, that is even more money to spare.

Housing: $920
Insurance: $60
Car expenses: $156.
Utilities: $140
Phone, cable, internet: $110
Food, entertainment: $400
Clothing, household expenses $50
Credit cards and other loans: $ 60
Other expenses: $0
