Purpose of loan: My lease is coming up for my 2003 Honda Civic and I plan to buy the vehicle. It has less than 26,000 miles and is in great condition, so I'd rather pay the $7100 that I owe instead of look for another vehicle, especially since Kelly Blue book states that it's worth at least $12,000. As a Texas resident, the highest interest rate I can request is 8.31% My financial situation: I have an excellent credit rating and have never been late on any payments. I am only looking for a loan because I plan to buy a house very soon and would rather have small monthly payments than use up so much from my savings account. More than likely, I will pay the loan off before the full 36 months have passed. Monthly net income: $ 3200 Monthly expenses: $ Housing: $ 550 Insurance: $ 50 Car expenses: $ 75 Utilities: $ 50 Phone, cable, internet: $ 100 Food, entertainment: $ 200 Clothing, household expenses $ 100 Credit cards and other loans: $ 0 Other expenses: $ |
