Thanks for taking the time to review my loan. I am now with a group that shares 100% rewards. Please note that I am offering the maximum interest rate allowable by my state. Reason for loan request: I have a legal judgment against me in the amount of $5000 that I must pay before June 22nd. If I pay on time, the matter is closed forever. If I do not pay on time, I will owe $50,000. Obviously I'd like to take care of this before it gets out of control. I also have some personal debts to family members for legal fees from the same incident. I've got $3000, and I need $4000 more to pay the judgment and the personal loans. I've already asked, and they won't take payments, and they insist on the full amount in one lump sum before the deadline. I have no other debts, and for convenience sake, I would like to make just one monthly payment and have all debts consolidated and family members happy. Employment Status: I currently work as an installer for DTV. This pays well (at least $1000/week on average) but I would like to find work in my field of choice, Information Technology. I have been quietly pursuing a few leads and if either of them bears fruit, I will be making more money than I do now. As an added bonus, I will not have to climb any high ladders or work in the rain. I earned about 40k last year, and I am already on track to do much better this year. I have a checking account with overdraft protection, and direct deposit. $150 a month is easily manageable for me. I do not have any other loan payments, except for the personal loans, which I would like to consolidate with this one prosper loan.
