Introduction : I am Real Estate Investor , I buy properties and my strategy is to buy and hold them or buy and fix them and make them rent ready and sell them to investors a little below fair market value. I have been in the Real Estate business for over 20 years. Purpose of loan : I currently have a house that needs to be done over and make it rent ready and then sold to an investor. Right now I have other projects that have tied up my money . So I am asking the prosper Community for a little help ! I have borrowed money from here before and paid it off in a couple months . I will more than likely do that again. This is one of the main reasons that I have joined prosper is to lend and borrow money! I wanted a resource of money like prosper to use the money for exactly what I am asking for !! Risk to the lenders : you can see my credit score ? B was AA two months ago But , it varies because of my activities in the real estate investing business. I suppose I could go to a hard money lender , But I wanted to go through the prosper community to fund and finish my project. |
