Purpose of loan: I am currently working full - time as a substitute teacher in a variety of subjects at the high school level. I am also currently studying to complete my Single Subject Teaching Credential in mathematics. My wonderful parents have allowed me to live at home while I strive to complete my education and become debt - free. Because of the desperate need for mathematics teachers, I have been offered a full - time position teaching high school mathematics that is scheduled to begin in September of this year. At that point, my current monthly salary of $1500 a month, will increase to $4200 a month. This increase in salary will greatly reduce my DTI ratio and allow me to focus on repaying my Prosper loan in a timely manner. (explain what you will be using this loan for) My financial situation: I have accrued ongoing high - interest credit card debt due to increasing school tuition and miscellaneous expenses. I will use this money to begin paying off my high - interest credit cards. The money I will save by paying off my credit cards and lowering my interest rates will go directly towards repaying my Prosper loan. I hope you find me a trustworthy candidate for a Prosper loan. I know the students that I will be teaching will find me to be a trustworthy, hardworking and caring teacher. Thank you. God bless you. (explain why you are a good candidate for paying back this loan) Monthly net income: $ 1500 Monthly expenses: $ Housing: $ 0 Insurance: $ 70 Car expenses: $ 0 Utilities: $ 50 Phone, cable, internet: $ 50 Food, entertainment: $ 100 Clothing, household expenses $ 50 Credit cards and other loans: $ 600 Other expenses: $ 80 |
