Our Family is making a plead to Prospers investors to please grant us a loan of $2,551.00 so we can save our home which will soon go into foreclosure if we don?t get help immediately. We have been desperately trying to obtain this loan to pay-off some small debts in order to better qualify for a refinance on our 1st Mortgage in order to lower our monthly payments as so it?s more affordable as our family is struggling financially to make ends meet with the current ?high? mortgage payment/APR. This loan will cover costs for our home appraisal. as well as any refinancing expenses and to pay-off few small bills to qualify for loan. ABOUT ME: I?m 54 years old, married man of 24 years and father of 2 children. I?m a college graduate with a Bachelor Science Degree. I have been with my current employer for the last 1 ½ years, as a Sales representative, servicing major grocery retailers with fresh food products in which I have 7 years experience working in this same field. EXPLANATION OF BAD CREDIT: During 1999, I lost my job of 17 years working for Southern Pacific Railroad due to a large Company merger with Union Pacific Railroad. Thousands lost their jobs due to the merger, I was one of them. I was 46 years old at the time and had to start all over again?.finding a Job, new career. My work experience was very limited at age 46 and competition was tough. I had always been told by friends and family that because I had such a friendly, outgoing and An assertive personality, my calling and ?niche? would be sales. I was ?unemployed? for 1 year. We had absolutely ?pristine? credit and very high credit scores. Our lives were Turned upside down and nearly shattered. Our family of 4 had to live on credit cards to survive plus pay the bills. In addition, I lost a couple of ?sales? positions due to company downsizing and lay-offs following my re-employment in my new sales career. A year and a half ago, we refinanced our home to pay-off a huge amount of acquired debt over the years in an attempt to regain control over our finances and our lifes. Our credit report repairs are still under re-construction today but we are each striving to regain a good credit rating. THE FUNDS LOANED TO ME WILL BE USED TO : $2,551.00 loan will be used to pay for refinancing expenses and pay-off small debts to raise our credit scores to refinance our existing 1st Mortgage in order to obtain more favorable loan terms/lower our APR hence lower our monthly mortgage payments. By paying off some of our debts, we can get have rapid re-credit scoring done to help us immediately raise our scores up to at least 580. This is required loan criteria that must be met by Borrowers according to several Mortgage Lenders we have consulted with. These loan proceeds will also cover the cost of a real estate appraisal to obtain the loan.
