Purpose of loan: A couple of years ago my husband and I had a large home built. Some unscrupulous contractors stole some of our construction money so we had to use a few credit cards to finish buying fixtures, furniture, etc. Our revolving credit card debt began to accumulate. We have been faithfully paying the large card payments, but it seems that we're not getting anywhere. I want this loan to pay off some of the revolving credit card debt so that we can get our finances back on track. This loan, along with its monthly payment, we can save several hundred dollars a month that will be used to begin to pay down other debt. My financial situation: I have been steadily emplowed with the same company for 14 years. My husband is also employed. We make a pretty decent living. We also have some real estate that we are selling to help pay off some debt. Monthly net income: $ Our combined monthly income is almost $11,000 with a net of more than $7,700. Monthly expenses: $ Housing: $ 3,900 Insurance: $ 300 Car expenses: $ NONE, our cars are paid off Utilities: $ 300 Phone, cable, internet: $ 89 Food, entertainment: $ 500 Clothing, household expenses $ 200 Credit cards and other loans: $ 2000 Other expenses: $ |
