Hi, I have just fully repaid my previous loan which was for $5,000; the purpose being to reinvest on prosper. I repaid that loan early as I would like to borrow $25,000 for the same purpose. I currently have more than $100,000 invested in prosper from my own funds. I have been tweaking my approach in order to earn decent returns while reducing loans to people who are likely to pay back late. I earn 6 figures and sometimes 7 figures (aiming for 8 figures, of course). I own my own home and have a rental property as well. I net more than $20,000 per month, at least, and use less than half of that for living expenses. Thus, more than $10,000 available each month to pay back my loan. In addition, I have more than $1 million in liquid investments. I have never been late and I will never be late in making payments. My credit rating is very important to me. I will pay you back on time or earlier. My previous loan was funded at 8.05%; I'm starting this one at 10% and hoping to get funded there or lower.
