Listing history
My previous listing was funded, but the loan was cancelled due to miscommunication between Prosper and my bank. It has taken almost two weeks to get the situation rectified, but Prosper has now approved me to relist, and they now know how to verify an active-duty military account with my bank (due to military restrictions, normal verification procedures are not allowed). I've been assured that my loan will be approved this time. I hope all you wonderful folks who supported me the first time will be able to again. The following listing is otherwise the same as my previous one.

About Me
I?m a young 23 year old Senior Airman enlisted in the US Air Force, as well as a full time student in college. I currently perform Satellite, Wideband, Telemetry and Space Systems Communications for the Air Force and I?m also an Electrical Engineering major with less than two years of college left.

My loan
This loan will help me pay off all of my debt that I have accumulated over the past from my earlier military years, college and living.

My credit
I have always made my payments, full and on-time, until a recent mishap with a roommate. They unexpectedly moved out and left me with 3 months of rent to pay, and in California, rent's not cheap! I have never owned a home, so my credit reflects only loans as well as credit cards.

Income
I currently receive a steady pay check monthly at $2720.00

Expense break-down for the month
This loan will allow me to pay off accounts for which I currently pay monthly amounts of $550. Since I'm expecting the Prosper loan to cost about $350 per month, I used that amount instead of the current payment total below.

Rent: $1075
Utilities (gas, water, trash, electricity): $140
Cable, phone & Internet: $190
Car payment: $0 (paid off )
Gas & Insurance: $220
Food: $300
Prosper loan: $350

So my total monthly expenses will come to $2275.

Paying back the loan
The payment on the Prosper loan is going to be about $200 less than what I currently pay on these debts, so this will improve my financial position a good bit. As you can see, I have a cushion of $445 above what I need to pay back the Prosper loan each month. I guarantee you that this loan will be paid back, in full and always on time! Since I?m in the Air Force, paying this loan back ensures that I keep my security clearance; because if I default on this loan, I will lose my clearance, and I can?t let that happen. Not to mention the negative effects it would have on my credit report. This loan will finally free me of struggling to live, pay check to pay check so I can finally move forward.

Thank you for taking the time to read my story :o)
