Purpose of loan:
I appreciate you taking time to look at my loan request. This loan is to pay off wedding expenses from November 25, 2006. My husband and I did alot of the work ourselves, and with family and friends assisting as well. I had a wedding budget that I followed up until September of 2006. At that time my Mother-in-law to be, had to be hospitalized due to an unkown illness. My husband (then fiance) and I needed to take an emergency trip from Iowa to Texas in order to be in the hospital room to be with her and communicate her needs to the medical staff. My Mother-in-law spent 4 weeks in the hospital and another 8 weeks in a rehabilitation hospital (she was diagnosed with lupus). She was released 3 days before the wedding, and in order for her to make it to our wedding, my husband and I covered all of her travel expenses. My Mother-in-Law is now on the mend and doing very well. My husband and I are now able to focus on our own finances, and would like your help in stablizing our finances. Thank you for your time and your assistance!

My financial situation:

My husband and I both work, but we are listing the loan on my income alone, so we have additional money each month to put towards the Prosper loan.
