The purpose of this loan is to consolidate our family debt, and remove some of the revolving load which is affecting our credit beauro scores negatively - although it's not the credit card debt itself that is the problem. Understanding the value of these scores, and recognizing that there is some room for improvement, we will continue to strive toward improvement - which is good news for you, if you should choose to invest in us!
The income taken into account on this system ONLY reflects my personal income, and also does not reflect the level of success we have had with several real estate investments. That being said, neither our lifestyle nor our ability to service our debts are dependant on the current equity of any of these remaining properties.
