Thank you for visiting my profile.  This is my 3rd profile, and thank you to the bidders from the previous ones.  Here is some details about my life.  I live and work in Houston, Texas.  I work as a Prior Authorization Nurse Coordinator for United Healthcare's Medicaid Division, Americhoice.  Previous to this job, I worked 3 years at Park Plaza Hospital's Rehab. Unit, on the night shift.  I still try to work a shift there every couple of weeks to keep my skills up.  I graduated from Lamar University-Orange in September 1996.  I moved to Houston in 2002 to make a fresh start and help dig myself out of some self dug holes.  I'm a hard worker, and I feel I've done very well.  Now I'm engaged and hope to do two huge things this year:  get married and adopt my fiance's daughter.  This loan will help me get a head start to those goals.
I think it is only fair to give you some insight on why my credit grade is a D.  It has been steadily improving, 12 days ago it was a HR!  MyFico.com has given me some insight on my credit history and a few things I didn't know about.  I had a repossessed vehicle in Oct 2000, and the charge off amount was $8,231.00.  This amount was reported to the IRS as income in 2004, and I'm just waiting for it to come off my report.  The credit cards were charge offs were in 2001 and 2000.  Also I had a charge off on a Jewery Store card in 2001 for $1,070.00.  I have multiple collection items that equal about $1,600.00.  But several of these are being challenged for validation.  I'm not proud of my credit, but since 2002, everything has been paid perfectly.
Now my old apartment is saying I owe them $355.00 per "repairs" and "pet treatment" done after I moved.  Only problem is, my whole family stayed with me for 2 weeks after Hurricane Rita and that took a toll on my apartment.  I offering a settlement, but it still puts a dent in my finances.  A loan of $2,000.00 will be a great start for me and my family.  It will allow me to take summer college courses to pursue a higher degree in nursing.  It will allow us to pay for some day care so my fiance can get a job during the day.  It will also help finance the cost of the adoption until my employer can reimburse the costs.  I intend to pay the loan off within the 3 year term, but not to soon for you to make a nice profit.  I believe, with my whole heart, it is worth taking a chance on me and my family.  Please help us get a jump start on our futures.  Thank you for taking the time to read this and thank you for your consideration.
