Hi! I am 31 years old, married for 5 years with a 6 month old daughter. I am currently working as a full time registered nurse in Oncology unit here in California. I have been with the same hospital for four years now. My husband works as a satellite dish technician for a well known company here in southern California for over 5 years. The proceeds of my loan will be used to pay off 2 credit cards: Bank of America- $6,294 @24.99% ($193/mo) Wells Fargo- $5,388 @ 27.21% ($200/mo) Total- $11,682 ($393/month) A year ago, we purchased our first home. We used to rent a one bedroom apartment back when it used to be only the two of us. We were originally planning to refinance our condo, but when we had a consultation with our mortgage company, we learned that our property hasn?t gained enough equity yet to pay for our other debts. Guess we have to wait for another year just to give time for our equity to grow. Having to erase major part of our bills would be a huge breather for us to give allowance for other expenses. It just looks like now, we live paycheck to paycheck, plus the long term payment of our credit cards with high interest rates doesn?t look promising at all. I do have to admit we fell behind on some bills when I went on leave for my pregnancy last year. The DTI ratio reflected is not really valid because it doesn?t include my husband?s income. I want to get my debt consolidated and improve my credit rating as soon as I can. My monthly budget: Income- $4200 net/month My husband?s income- $2200 net/month Total net income- $6400/month Monthly expenses: Mortgage (condo) - $2900 Utilities- $245 Food- $550 Car loans- $833(two) $446 & $378 Car insurance- $220 (for both) Gas- $150 Total -$4898 Amount remaining to build savings, pay miscellaneous expenses and pay back prosper loan is $1502. Thanks for your consideration of my loan request. Rest assured that once I get my finances in order, I will do all that I can, not to get caught up in a mess like this again.

Anyone understand why mylene wants to raise her monthly payment by $75?
I asked her, but the answer was non-responsive.
