About me: Hello. I am going to tell you a little about myself and what I am trying to accomplish in my future. I am presently serving in Iraq. I am 25 years old. I have 3 years of school finished and one year to go. I plan on start my last year of college on Aug 08. I am a business major and massage therapist major. When I graduate I want to take on real-estate full time. Right now I have two investment properties and plan to have more by the time I leave Iraq. The two properties that I have now are soon to be rented out in the next two months when school starts back up. I have attended many seminars and have read many books on reall-estate. However, the best teaching is taking action so that's what I did, thus giving me two investment properties now. With the prosper loan I will be able to have all my debts paid off by Aug. With all my debts paid I can then start to save and build my credit even more. Eventually I will by more property, but first I want to become an LLC so I can protect my assests. I also have a girlfriend who resides in Barranquilla, Colombia. She is my all. I have pictures, but the computers here restrict so much. I plan on possibly getting married when I graduate from college, I feel I will be spiritually stable (which I am now, but still growing), more mature, and financially stable (personal and business). My grandmother always told me to plan for what I want and beyond so in the next 5-6 years I plan to be a millionair. I am a calm and patient person. I have learned through trials in my past to take things as blessings whether they are bad or good. I have traveled on many missions trips across the world and have help many. My ultimate goal in life is not to make money though, but to travel the world and help those in need in differnt countries as well as the US. If it were not for one paticular mission trip I would have never met my adorable beauty and love. I am committed to my vows and promises, and will always do my best to keep my word. I realize that I am one of a kind that plans to make a difference. Thanks for your time Purpose of loan: I am asking for this loan because when I was serving in Iraq the first time my family took all my monies from my bank account and spent it. I don't talk much with my family now a days, but I forgive them and now plan to move on. Also during my first year in Iraq my grandmother passed and she left me all she had, but once again my family did me wronge and hid the will from me. I hired a lawyer to get what was once mine and was suppose to be mine but I was unsucessful. Unfortunately I don't let things like this to get me down. I will pay off my major debts with the proser loan and be able to have all my debts paid in the next two months. I plan to pay the prosper loan myself and if all goes well, I plan to pay the loan before the end of it's term. The properties I have presently, I plan to have rented in July which will also help in generating more income for myself. Thanks for taking the time in reading my profile.
