Purpose of loan: In 1993 I co-signed a loan for a couple of attornys who bought a small airplane from me. It turns out that the loan was a 15 year loan and it matures in June. the balance is approximately $6,000. They told me that they have $2,000 towards it and want me to pay the additional $4,000 which they will pay me back at the rate of 8.75%. I would like to borrow this money from Prosper, which they will pay me back for, so that I have an introduction to Prosper. I am very interested in being a lender, or possibly a borrower similar to my current requirements, and this will be a good introduction to me. My financial situation: I have never missed a payment of any kind in my life. Monthly net income: $ 20,000 plus Monthly expenses: $ Housing: $ 3,000 Insurance: $ 250 Car expenses: $ 0 Utilities: $ 150 Phone, cable, internet: $ 100 Food, entertainment: $ 2,000 Clothing, household expenses $ 250 Credit cards and other loans: $ 3,000 Other expenses: $ various expenses offset by income (ie real estate investments) |
