Purpose of loan: I will use this loan to bridge my family to the end of summer. Two things happen at the end of summer: My wife goes backt to work from maternity leave and we will have sold our other home worth $800k with lots of equity in it. Your bid means that we can manage the debt service we have until then. My financial situation: I am a great candidate because I have managed more debt than some companies do for over 10 years. There is not ONE derog, lien, judgment, bk, or other negative item on my or my wife's bureau. We just have a lot of debt. The DTI ratio on this site is a bit overdescribed. Its more like 60% which is still very high. But, some of the mortgage payments are being counted twice. I have very good cash flow except for June and July this year. We will be able to manage, as we do with every payment, the prosper payment.
