Purpose of loan: I am a mortgage broker in California. I have been self-employed in the mortgage industry for over 5 years. I have my California Real Estate Broker's License (www.dre.ca.gov). I have an opportunity to expand my market reach on a national basis for VA and FHA home lending. The funds will be used for print advertising in the four major military papers (Army Times, Navy Times, Marine Times, Air Force Times). In addition, a portion of the funds will be used for a Google and Yahoo search CPC (cost-per-click) for our website GI Home Loans (www.gihomeloans.com). My financial situation: I have invested much of my capital toward the realization of multi-state VA and FHA lending, and we are having success in these markets. I need additional marketing funds to grow and expand my business. I have reserves that I maintain to keep my monthly financial obligations.
