Purpose of loan:I have recently purchased my own home and am living there with my fiance and, yes, I allowed her mom to move in with us for the time being until she gets back on her feet. The house I purchased has a considerable amount of equity ($25,000-35,000)in it and with that usually comes some fixing up. I am asking for this loan to help me pay for some repairs and remodeling to get the home into livable and upper market value condition. I am a Realtor in the Houston Area that had over 6 million dollars in sales last year and know that this is a smart investment and will definitely pay off in the future. My financial situation: I make a considerable amount of more money than my income states but as a self employed business man, I take advantage of what the government will let me write off. I heard about this website via a local investment talk radio show and am eager to give it a shot. Most of the work I will be able to do myself but for the laborious work, I will leave up to a friend/contractor to free my schedule up to continue making sales and gearing up for the hot summer market. The reason I need the loan is because most of my free money is going into marketing and working capital to continue my small business ambitions.
