Hi and thank you for reviewing my listing. I am 22 years old and a Paralegal at a law firm downtown San Diego, I have been working here at my job for going on 2 years now and love my job. Prior to that I was a Legal Assistant at a different law firm (Family Law). I have a husband and a beautiful son who will be 1 next month. Unfortunately, I am one in the crowd that has past debt that is haunting me and the only way to clean it up is to face it so that I can move on with my life and purchase my first home. Purpose of loan: Paying off debt from prior marriage and boosting my credit to buy my first home. My financial situation: I was previously married and that is when all the debt occurred. It is hard for me to pay off debt from my previous marriage and deal with the monthly bills that I have now, such as Rent, Utilities, Car note etc. Loan #1 : $1,696.57 Loan #2: $3,371.39 Aarrow Financial $1,000 Total: $6,067.96 That is the loan amount that I am requesting. FOR MY DEBT ONLY! Monthly net income: $3,976 (Me & Husband's income) Monthly expenses: $2,153.48 with the debt consolidation from Prosper Rent: $1070 Utilities $40 Mustang $228.48 Mustang Insurance $90 1st Premier $40 Life Insurance $25 Childcare $340 Gas $200 Groceries $120 As you can see, I have over $1,822.52 left over to be used, not only for my Prosper Payment, but for savings and emergencies so that I never get into this situation again. I can begin to live a normal life free from the stress caused by my past marriage debt. I have learned my lesson. I promise that my payments to Prosper will be my top priority each month. In fact, I am going to have Prosper automatically withdraw my payments each month so that everyone, including myself, knows that my payment will be made on time, every time.
