Introduction: Thank you for taking the time to review my loan request! My name is Shaun. I have been working as a union carpenter for the past 5 years with the same company. I understand how important credit is, and have worked extremely hard to get my credit to AA where it is today. Purpose of loan: This loan will pay off 2 lines of credit that were used to finish the basement in my home. This gave me some nice equity, but the interest rates on the loans are not the best. These 2 lines of credit will be closed after receiving the prosper loan. My DTI should remain at 17% because my payments will remain unchanged. Debts to be paid: - Basement line of credit: amount owed / $7000 / Mo. payment / $200 - Basement loan: amount owed / $1000 / Mo. payment / $ 50 Monthly net income: $ 4300 Monthly expenses: $ 2624 Housing: $ 1125 Insurance: $ 125 Car expenses: $ 344 Utilities: $ 200 Phone, cable, internet: $ 80 Food, entertainment: $ 400 Credit cards and other loans: $ 100 Basement loans: $ 250 (to be paid with prosper loan) Monthly surplus: $1676 Conclusion: Thank you again for reviewing my request.
