Purpose of loan: Time to replace my work vehicle (old blue) with a more reliable and more fuel efficient model. My new commute is much farther than at my previous job so I think it's finally time to upgrade. I'm looking for a practical, inexpensive vehicle such as a Toyota Corolla or Honda Civic. My financial situation: No bankruptcies, charge-offs, foreclosers, or re-possessions ever. I have never defaulted on a loan. I have recently changed careers (reason for short job time) from being a Corrections Officer the last 5 1/2 years, to being a conductor for the railroad. I'm very excited about my new career and my monthly income should nearly double after I complete my training in July, making the payment on this small loan very manageable.
