Alpha Omega Entertainment is a media production company. We produce music, advertising media (i.e. commercials), and online content for blogs and websites. I'm raising another round of capital for the business, and I'm looking at Prosper to get it started. I was funded for $3700 here last September, purchased new production equipment with the money, and generated enough revenue to pay off the loan 7 months into the term. Now, we're looking to expand our audience, and I'm in the process of having a website designed ($5,000). I'll also work towards getting the company Incorporated ($1,000), and doing some advertising ($4,000). This should generate enough buzz to attract some Angels for a Series A round of financing. Personal Finances: After taxes, I take home about $3,000 a month salary plus bonuses. I also do Internet pr/marketing consulting, which supplements my income with another $1,000 a month. My monthly expenses are as follows: Housing: $900 Car expenses: $250 Utilities: $100 Phone, cable, Internet: $100 Food, entertainment: $300 Credit cards and other loans: $150 Monthly expenses: $1,800 (from a monthly income of $4,000. Hmmm, not bad huh?) I have good credit. I still have the last Prosper loan still weighing heavy on my DTI; therefore, the DTI on here is wrong; it should be closer to 10%.
