Purpose of loan: I am buying an investment property that is a REO for 540,000 which then I am going to sell at a price of 640,000. I all ready have the buyer and his loan in place. The REO dept is asking me to put in 25,000 for a deposit. I have my loan allready in place just need the money for 3-4 weeks. If the investor wants to make a better ROI I can agree to pay them back over time. My financial situation: My credit and my job. I have great income and I have never been late on my payments. I am 29 years old and am a mortgage loan officer and realtor. So I highly understand the value of having good credit.
