Purpose of loan:    This loan is for the purpose of paying for 2 nursing exams, a round trip plane ticket, a 3 day hotel stay and to pay off a couple credit cards early.  .  I work fulltime as an LVN and am just about finished with ASN degree from Excelsior College.   The only thing I have left is the CPNE exam, and State Board certification.  The CPNE or Clinical Performance Nurse Exam is a 3-day do or die show what you know exam.   The exam itself costs $1750.00, I have paid $500.00 on it and have a $1250.00 balance.  My test site is in Racine Wisconsin; I live in Texas.  So this would pay for all expenses?.. Then I have two credit cards I have a about $500.00 on that I want to pay off.

My financial situation:     I work fulltime, and am also training to become RN Case manager for Hospice.  The company that hired me is training me to become an RN case manager now....So that I already have the training when I become an registered nurse. I always have extra money inmy account....My girlfriend has food allergies so we do not go out to eat,  I do not drink alcohol and am too busy with school and work to have any fun.  So I pay extra on bills to try and get ahead.

Do I need this loan?   No.  Do I want this loan?  Yes.

What will I do if I do not get this loan?  I have a credit card that has $4000.00 available credit @ 14%, a couple other that have an available balance of $2000.00; one @ 17%, and the other @ 18%.  I would end up using these to pay for the expenses; and pay just the minimum balance on the 2 cards I am paying extra on.  When I say paying extra I mean an extra $175 on 2 cards that only need $100.00 paid a month.

May I point out that instead of the $2300-$2400 I bring home right now ( post taxes)  that after I PASS MY BOARDS I will be bringing home an extra $500.00 - $600.00 for a approximate total of $3000.00 AFTER TAXES.

Monthly net income:    $ 3000.00  BEFORE TAXES
Monthly expenses: $ I pay half of all household expenses on my home, while my partner pays the other half.
Housing: $400.00 my half of mortgage
Insurance: $250.00 on health, life, disability combined
Car expenses: $90.00 on gas, car paid off
Utilities: $200.00 my half of electric and water
Phone, cable, internet: $ 100.00
Food, entertainment: $ 150.00 my half
Clothing, household expenses $ 00.00
Credit cards and other loans: $ 500.00 combined /required   $850.00 when making extra payments
Other expenses: $ 00.00
I bring home $ 2300.00-$2400.00 monthly, my expenses $1690.00 (That is without EXTRA payment on my credit
cards)    So depending on whether or not I pay extra on cards I have anywhere between $300.00-$600.00 left monthly.

Thank you for taking the time to read my loan request.
