This is a relist, hubby and I decided to list two different loans at a smaller amount, with a higher rate




My husband is a youth pastor at our church, which pays all of our utilities, daycare, school tuition, and housing.  Our cars are paid for and we also own a home that we are currently getting $400.00 a month rent for.  We have three beautiful children, ages 11, 2, and six months.

Some of the decisions that got us financially where we are: 
We paid off our home, and a car with a credit card, dumb! We then helped a family member who was in trouble, 5000.00 she never paid us back.  Shortly after all of this happened we both lost our jobs.  Plant closed.  We decided to go back to school during this time so that we could get better jobs.  We both now have degrees but we still do not make the amount of money that we were making before. However we are getting there!  I also have been doing eBay consignment out of our home.  This business is pure profit and could potentally be a very good way get out of debt even quicker
