INTRODUCTION
Thank you for taking the time to read my loan request!  I have been working as a Child Care Center Site Director for 8 years. I am a 32-yr old wife and mother of four. I work in the early childhood education industry and my husband is an OTR driver. We have four wonderful children and a fifth one on the way. We want to use Prosper to pay off all of our credit card debt and make a down payment on a larger house.

I have been a member of Prosper since Feb 2007 and I am looking for a group that I feel is successful, growing, and cares about it's members. Other groups that I have been involved with have not seemed to be interested in helping me as much as they could even though I have very good credit, no delinquencies, or other bad marks on my credit.

LOAN PURPOSE
I intend to use the funds from this loan to pay off approximately $7,000 in credit card debt and use the balance of $3,000 for a down payment on a larger home for our growing family.

Debts to be paid off:
 - Bank of America Card / Total Owed: $4200 / Mo. Pymt.: $160 / Interest: 23.95%
 - Bank of America / Total Owed: $2000 / Mo. Pymt.: $125 / Interest: 22.32%
 - Chase Credit Card / Total Owed: $800 / Mo. Pymt.: $75 / Interest: 19.90%

EXPLANATION OF CREDIT PROBLEMS:

I have never had any credit problems and have always paid my bills on time.

MONTHLY NET INCOME:
Me: $1,600
Husband: $1,600

TOTAL: $3,200

BUDGET

Expenses Before Prosper Loan:
   Credit Cards/Loans: $500
   Rent/Mortgage:  $450
   Car Payment: $0
   Insurance: $75
   Utilities (phone, cell, gas, electric, water): $200
   Food: $200
   Clothing: $100
   Entertainment: $50
   Medical: $100
   Miscellaneous: $300

   Legal/Child Support: $300
   TOTAL EXPENSES: $2275
   LEFT OVER: $925  {Income - Expenses}

Changes After Prosper Loan:
   Prosper Loan: $347
   Credit Cards/Loans: $150
   TOTAL EXPENSES: $2272
   LEFT OVER: $922  {Income - Expenses}

CONCLUSION

There will only be a marginal monthly payment savings with the Prosper loan, however, I won?t be paying the exorbitant interest charges on the credit cards and I will have enough to make a downpayment on a larger home for our growing family and with my husband?s promotion and increase in income, we will be able to pay down the Prosper loan at an accelerated rate.

Thank you for taking the time to consider my request!  Please let me know if I can answer any questions.
